About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Head of Brand Communications and Content to develop and lead our communications and content strategy across the Doctor Anywhere group, in order to build on and strengthen Doctor Anywhere’s brand. 

The candidate will be responsible for shaping and defining the key messaging and direction across various channels and platforms, developing communication themes and bringing narratives to life, and ensuring consistency of all brand communication across key touchpoints. He/She should have the lingo necessary to connect with DA audiences in the health and wellness space, with a discerning nature when it comes to developing copywriting for various purposes, e.g. educational, digital marketing and customer communications.  

This candidate will work cross-functionally with Business Development, People & Culture, Learning & Development, Product and Marketing teams. 

This role reports to the: Head of Marketing

A summary of the key responsibilities and requirements are as follows:


  • Develop and lead the communications strategy, program, and oversee delivery including: PR, content and social media marketing, marketing communications and internal communications
  • Lead and mentor a team of communications specialists 
  • Provide direction for content development across channels, work closely with the team to develop concepts for both long-form and short-form content for branding and marketing initiatives
  • Develop and deliver customer-centric copy designed to improve experience and maximize conversion across key touchpoints, e.g. Website, intranet website, app, both web and app notifications, email
  • Creating SEO-rich website and app copy content to deliver an engaging mobile-first experience that creates affinity will drive organic audiences to with our brand, products and services
  • Collaborate across Marketing, Product, People & Culture teams to identify key messaging gaps across the customer journey  
  • Support the Product team  in UX copywriting, proofreading of DA digital platform content for both technical and non-technical user personas 
  • Partner with the Learning & Development team to build and review both external and internal-facing educational content and materials

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree with 10-12+ years of relevant experience in copywriting, content creation and production
  • Team management experience
  • Experience across both B2B and B2C marketing 
  • Working knowledge of digital copywriting, editing and proofreading for social media, SEO-optimized web content and product-related content
  • Mastery in English, with fluency in an additional South East Asian language is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability in managing and prioritizing multiple tasks to meet deadlines
  • Good team player and have the willingness to take on new challenges with a flexible attitude.
  • Independent, self-starter, with impeccable problem-solving and follow-through capabilities.
  • A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges. 
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things - we’re not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun!
