The role we are hiring for

We are seeking an Executive, Operations who will be in charge of the end to end customer journey. You should demonstrate good communication skills to liaise with cross functional teams and manage both internal and external stakeholders. You have 1-2 years of experience in an operations role, and most importantly, you have the willingness to learn.

The ideal candidate will have a mindset of continuous improvement and change and will demonstrate curiosity, collaboration and the ability to deal with ambiguity especially in a start-up environment.

Prior experiences in customer service and/or logistic operations will be helpful. You are passionate about continuous improvement of customer experience and optimizing existing workflows. You welcome new challenges and have an open mind to break through the status quo for better results. 

You will report directly to the Manager, Operations.

A summary of the key responsibilities and requirements are as follows:


  • Handle day-to-day operational issues and ensure issues are resolved in a proper and timely manner.
  • Resolve customers’ technical issues and provide feedback and analysis.
  • Responsible for monitoring customers’ payment status.
  • Work with courier riders/external delivery partners to ensure a smooth fulfilment process with excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Identify process gaps within the department and drive improvement.
  • Prepare utilization reports and data analysis on a monthly basis
  • Any other adhoc duties assigned when appropriate.


  • Diploma/Degree in relevant disciplines with minimally 1-2 years of operations experience
  • Willing to work on shift rotation (morning & afternoon shift), including weekends (i.e. Saturday or Sunday) and public holidays?
  • Strong attention to details and meticulous with numbers / data. 
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • You have unquestioned integrity and high standards in the work you do
  • Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn and grow
  • Experience of working within a tech startup and hyper growth environment would be a bonus
  • A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude, pragmatic, and able  to work independently when required
  • Comfortable with ambiguity - we're a fast-growing business and there's always unchartered territories, which is part of the fun. You should be comfortable with it and understand that not everything is 100% defined all the time.
